The rightly named belvedere of Mount Sutton

October 7 2012 - the Fall Festival in Sutton is at its highest. Colors are slowly falling down the trees and the air is getting cooler every day. It's been raining all of last week. The sun shyly darts a few rays through the heavily clouded grey sky. We decide to take a chance and go climb the mountain to see what kind of view we have this year. Countless little streams run in the hillside, the slope is muddy and steep to get to the viewpoint next to the Alleghanys trail. We stop there to catch our breath and the view. And what a view!
